If you decide to leave the planning and coordinating part for yourself or anyone else and all you need is the design, décor, floral, production and ultimately representation of your style, then we are here for you. Making every single detail of your wedding vision a reality so you can enjoy and celebrate the most beautiful memories of your day.

This is a customized package based on your specific vision and needs.. The total price for the execution of this package will be based on the total budget for the event.

What does the packet include:

Discussion of theme(s), color(s), style(s) and concept along with the complete wedding design and production.
Ceremony ambientation.
Reception layout.
Access to all our wedding decoration inventory floral and non floral (selection of items will be charge separately) linens, china, glassware, flatware, and table decor.
Settings for cake tables, bars, appetizer table stations, and more.
Place cards / table numbers, menu cards, and specialty paper crafts.
Execution and tear down of wedding decoration for the areas chosen by the couple.

Wedding Consulting And Day Of Coordination

Supporting and providing resources for the wedding planning and ultimately implementing and executing on the wedding day.

If you don’t want to stress or wear yourself out.

What does the packet include:

A first get to know meeting (In person or online) This meeting will allow us to know and understand your needs and present you with a work and action plan.
2 consulting meetings online or in person of 1 hour each.
2 visits to the wedding venue(s).
Unlimited emails and text messages communication.
Phone calls or video calls must be scheduled but are available.
Budget review and tracking, including creative forms of savings.
Arboree Check-List Package for Planning and organization (4+ Templates).
Assistance, guidance and recommendations in budgeting, vendors, creation and implementation of vision and wedding design.
Negotiation of contracts and payment reminders for vendors.
Final preparations combining what you already have with what we provide.
Coordination of the wedding day.
Creation and implementation of a detailed timeline of the wedding day.
Supervision of the rehearsal dinner (Maximum 2 hours) One hour of free online consultation (Worth $200.00) on managing finances in marriage taught by our finance coach Brian Post.
This service is worked based on the immediate needs of the client.
An additional cost of $ 200.00 to include an extra staff for the wedding day, with different venues locations or with more than 100 guests.

Social Events & Milestones

We would love to provide the perfect design to celebrate your special events or milestones. This package is for people with a desire to celebrate an important moment in their lives that brings them joy and/or pride and want to create memories.

Our prices range from $350-500.00 to start the event consultation, this covers: Vision development, vendors, budget preparation and logistics for the event. The price for the execution of the event (decorations) will be based on the total budget for the event.

There will be an option for access to our event rentals and decoration pieces for an additional price or as a package depending on the budget of the same.
